Cleaning
In order to minimize management expenses and keep rental rates down, there is no maid service.
Guests must thoroughly clean the condo prior to leaving. Cleaning supplies are provided: toilet, glass, and sink cleaner in the bathrooms and under the kitchen sink; a mop/bucket and vacuum cleaner in the closet to the right of the downstairs bed, also a small vacuum on the stairs. Please use only warm clear water to mop the floor (no soap or polish). For cleaning the range top, use the special cleaner provided only.
Septic
The condo has a very fragile septic system. Nothing should be flushed except the provided toilet paper - no wipes or sanitary napkins. Because of the septic system, there is no garbage disposal, dishwasher, or laundry facility.
Trash, Recycle
The large brown bin is for trash. The blue bin is for recycling - to see what items can be recycled click here and scroll down. Note that glass is no longer accepted for recycling.
Linens
Guests must bring their own linens including sheets and pillow cases, towels, washcloths, bath mats, dish towels, dish rags, and beach towels. The beds include two queen size and one twin. Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided.
